Keyboard key issue

Hello,
After the last update of Windows 10, some keys on my keyboard are not responding correctly as they used to. For example, if I type "Shift plus" I get: § instead of + which I did with the numeric (thankfully).
With the same "plus" key, I can no longer get the "equal" sign, but I get ! instead.
However, the ! under the 8 gives me _
If I want to get a "diaeresis" on a letter, I can't get it, but I get ¨¨ by pressing the key twice... etc.
How can I restore it?
