Music starts playing by itself (even in standby)

Hello,

I have an Oukitel phone (a sub-brand of phone) since December 2017.

For the past three days, the famous Universal Studios music (the cinema thing) plays unexpectedly and choppily, as if a movie is being streamed and the connection is struggling.

I should clarify that I have never watched a movie on my phone and I have never listened to music with an app. Occasionally, I have rarely used YouTube to listen to music or something else.

Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue?

I have installed CCleaner and done a cleanup.

    I imagine you tried restarting it.

    Three days ago did you install an app that could open an ad?
    If so, delete the app and see if it happens again.
    Otherwise, download an antivirus app and check if it finds anything.
