Delete Chrome's data by visiting this page.
You can also delete Chrome's data through the settings on your phone, then Applications.
Try this app, it detects all the applications that send push notifications that flood the smartphone with ads, allowing you to identify the culprit(s).
A tutorial explaining how to use Addons Detector:
Then:
Click on extensions to display them, then click on the small arrow to sort them by categories.
Simply click on the different categories to see those that send push notifications or ads; it's as easy as pie.
