Apps that close by themselves! Solved

Question

Hello,

Recently, my applications have been closing by themselves, for no reason and without any error messages. I was on my PC, playing League Of Legends. Before the game, everything was fine, but during and after it, nothing works anymore.. Google Chrome launches but crashes 3 seconds later, the same goes for Mozilla, Windows Media Player is also affected.. I don't know if the game of LoL has anything to do with it, I don't actually think so, but I just wanted to give you the context..

I really hope to get a response because this problem is quite annoying; I'm even considering formatting my PC..

at the bottom of the ZHP page with a version number.

Once the download is complete,

Double-click the icon to launch the program. Under Vista; Seven or Windows 8 right-click “run as administrator”

In the newly opened ZHPDiag window, click on "Configure"

Click on the magnifying glass at the bottom left with the plus sign to start the scan.

Let the tool work, it may take some time.

A report opens. This report is also located on your desktop

I also uninstalled Google Chrome to see if reinstalling it would make a difference, but without much success, so I haven't put it back since.

Re

1) Download AdwCleaner (from Xplode) to your desktop.
Run it, click on [Scan] and wait for the scan to finish.
Once the scan is complete, click on the [Clean] button.
Wait during the cleaning process. Read the message that appears, then click on Ok. The PC will restart automatically, and the report will open at the end of the restart.
Post the report

Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt

In the bottom left, there is a export button; click on it and choose text file and then choose where to save it so you can post it in your next response

J'ai normalement tout supprimé. There has been a significant improvement! The problem seems to be resolved.

Hello

We clean and finalize

1) Empty the Malwarebytes quarantine

2) Download DelFix by Xplode

Run it.
You have 5 options:

Reactivate UAC
Delete disinfection tools (checked by default)
Make a backup of the registry
Clear system restore
Reset factory settings

Check the ones in bold
and you execute
The report is usually found here
C:\DelFix.txt
