Where do my copied images go???

Hello,

I have a small problem: I copied a photo (I couldn't "drag" it, it only offered me to copy or inspect the image... so I copied it... but where is it??? I have an iMac

    Hello Patou,

    If I understand correctly, you right-clicked on a photo and then clicked "copy"? Did you do "paste"? (in a folder, on the desktop...)

      Hello and thank you for your response.
      Yes, I tried but it doesn't work: it's a photo of my Google contacts... I "pasted" it onto a folder, on the screen, checked my downloads... nothing, and when I want to transfer, it transfers the entire contact and I can't copy the photo to move it to another folder.
