Delete a file that is too long and cannot be renamed

Hello,
I have a jpg file whose name is too long to be
-renamed
-deleted
-moved
-opened

I have no idea how to delete it
I tried renaming it with "the rename" just in case, but it is ignored.

How can I delete it?

have you tried in cmd (run as admin) with the command " del " or " ren "?

search for cmd in your start menu, right-click on it and run as administrator
then you enter the command and validate

Thank you, so I need to type this:
C:\Users\asus\Downloads\(the file name here???).jpg
Can you confirm for me, I'm afraid of deleting the whole folder...

The filename is anyway too long to be typed in the CMD.
