WiFi driver update

After reinstalling my HP computer with Windows 8 -- 64 bits, the Wi-Fi signal is too weak, showing 3 bars. I'm trying to update "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_22DC&SUBSYS_80C5103C&REV_21," but I can't do it.

    - As for the network card, everything seems fine, but I don’t see any mention of WiFi.

      Check the label under the laptop.

    The only readable writings on the label are: hp hq-tre 71004 boeblingen germany
    I wanted to point out that I can't find any mention of wifi (wireless) in the device manager for the network card.

    After extraction, go to the driver folder and run setup.exe

    This is strange!!
    If the signal is too weak, the Wi-Fi card should be present in the device manager??

    Where does this version of Windows come from?

      Yes, weird!
      It's a friend who gave it to me and yet it normally works with his HP630 with five bars. And even before the reinstallation, it was the problem and no wireless indication in the device manager.
      Your attention: yellow exclamation mark on "PCI encoding and decoding controller" and at the network card level two devices bluetooth.
