Unable to save your "STORY"!

Hello

I have 3 accounts on INSTA where I use the "STORY" feature every day as well as "Highlight," which is the place where you save your favorite stories (icon).

My problem is WHY on my 3 accounts, one of them just cannot create these famous icons?!

I want to say that I've tried everything to solve this problem!! Settings/updates and more...

But now I really need your help.
