I posted a photo on Instagram and some people saved it. How can I see who they are?

Hello,
Not possible. Once a photo is uploaded to the internet, anyone can "download" it. A simple right-click on the photo and save is enough.
EDIT: However, you can make sure it hasn't been uploaded elsewhere by going to https://images.google.fr, clicking on the camera icon, then "Upload an image."
