No PSI information

Hello,

For the past two days, I've been getting the message 'no PSI information' when receiving certain channels...
not all of them, especially not all related to a group, for example, I no longer have TF1 and TMC but I still have TF1 Series...
I still receive channel 2, channel 6...
I have a TNT SAT installation with a satellite dish and HD decoder.
I attempted a channel reinstallation but got the same result.
The reception quality is good according to the decoder...

Any ideas?

    Hello,

    A new update for tntsat (and Canal of course) was made on 14/05

    If your box has not been turned off, it has not received the update!

    Cut the power supply and then turn it back on and start your box, it should automatically search for the update and install it... if not, go into the menu to "force" the update to occur.

      Thank you for your response.

      The demodulator has already been turned off and it systematically searches for updates at launch, so... I'm still going to try to physically unplug it just in case... but I have doubts.
      However, I will take a closer look at how to force the update of the demodulator and then redo a channel search....
      If anyone has other ideas....

    Still not OK after a complete power outage.
    And I forced the update but the last update found is from 2016...
    Do I have to buy a new demo when this one is still working??
