Hello, I have a problem with my PC, it's a Toshiba Satellite C55. For the past month, the keyboard stopped working, then the mouse. I bought a wireless mouse that works with the USB port; today I bought a Silvercrest Bluetooth keyboard that detects the keyboard but asks me for a PIN code. I've already tried 0000 and 1234, and that doesn't work. Could you find a solution for me? I really don't know much about computers and I'm not sure what I could do to at least be able to use the keyboard. Thank you in advance to those who can help me.
Sorry for the mistakes, it's not easy with the on-screen keyboard.

Hello, I also had a Bluetooth keyboard.
For mine, the computer displayed a PIN code that I had to type on the Bluetooth keyboard and then press enter.
If the computer asks you for it, there should normally be the PIN code you need to enter in the user manual of your keyboard.
I'm not sure if it works, but that's all I know.
