Hello

I have a PC running Windows 10, and since this morning I haven't been able to connect via Wi-Fi. I tried both my router and my phone (tethering), but nothing works.

I right-clicked on the "Network and Internet" icon and clicked on "Troubleshoot problems."
It indicated that the problem could be with the primary DNS server or security settings.

I tried reconnecting by disabling my antivirus and Windows Defender, but the problem remains the same.

If you have any solutions, I would be grateful!
Thank you

    Shut down the PC
Unplug the modem (box) and router from the wall socket
    Wait a few minutes
Plug the modem and router back into the wall socket
Wait for all the lights to be on
    Start the PC.

If you want, you can reset while keeping your data (settings > updates, recovery), the apps will be uninstalled.
