Hello,
Everything is in the title!
Indeed, I want to reinstall Windows 10 which is on my USB stick, but when I get to the boot menu, I have a lot of options, several of which start with "USB"!
Thank you in advance.

Here’s a way to directly access the boot menu: https://framapic.org/Tk2sbPUosovT/O7bhkXITR53A.png
It allows you to choose where to boot from without modifying the BIOS settings. You will land on a window with all the devices you can boot from. In your case, you will need to select your USB drive.
    Have a good day!

      Hi!

Thank you for the reply, but I have several things that start with USB, for example "USB-HDD", I don't know which one to choose!

Maybe USB-HDD... You have to try, it depends on the computers!
Otherwise, it boots from the default system. You can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart the computer directly if it doesn't boot from the USB drive (Instead of booting the system completely then restarting the computer!)
      I hope this helps you!
