Change Default Boot on Gigabyte Card

Hello,
I just installed an SSHD on which I cloned my system.
I can boot from it and it runs perfectly with all my old programs, etc.
The problem is that by default, when I restart the computer, it boots from the old system on the old HDD. And I don't want to remove the old HDD because it has a 800 GB partition of data.
In the Boot menu I have:
"Select a first boot device"
With my 3 HDDs listed below, and my SSHD is in 3rd position. If I choose it, the computer boots from it this time, but it doesn't remember it as the default boot option :/
Any idea?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 27.0

hello,
unplug your two other drives, then try to start the PC, if it doesn't start and you get a Bootmgr missing error message, follow this

Hello
In the BIOS, there should be an option: hard drive priority, or something like that.
Put the SSD first

Well, I can't find it either!
This BIOS is weird; either I can't access it, or it looks nothing like the ones I've seen on other PCs.
At startup, it tells me "BIOS SETUP," press "DEL."
So I press delete and come to an interface with just 2 options:
Choose an operating system (Win 7 only as a choice)
or Windows Memory Diagnostic.
All this on a very simple interface with nothing but text (which looks nothing like ASUS BIOS, for example).
My motherboard is a Gigabyte, which should be about 4/5 years old now. But it was solid for its time.
There are 9 SATA ports numbered from 1 to 9. I changed the connections to plug in the SSHD in front of the other 2; it now appears first in the list of bootable drives. Yet, if I don't boot from it manually, it continues to boot from the old drive!
It's frustrating because I can see that the startup is faster on the SSHD (very satisfied with this 2TB hybrid drive, by the way). -
What is the motherboard reference?

That's the problem, I no longer have the manual and I can't find anything on the card itself.

On the other hand, now I have a HUGE problem! :'(
I removed the CPU cooler to read the reference underneath on the motherboard. But I had a hard time putting it back, it had never been removed and out of the 4 clips, only 2 latch...
Now when I turn on the PC, it turns off by itself after a minute or two and I wonder if there's a strange noise too...
Yet I was careful not to press too hard to reattach the cooler clips so as not to force the board. Even so, 2 clips are not fully latched... -
Phew, I fixed my fan issue!
Ah, I think I found it!
Here is my motherboard:

So I found this tutorial:

It's all good, solution found! :)
Actually, to access the BIOS, I had to hold down the Delete key for 10 seconds. I find it strange; I wasn't used to it being so long, but it's all good now.
So, in the actual BIOS, I was able to change the default boot!
Thanks for your help! -
Well done..
I didn't do much ..
