Hello,

I have an NGS keyboard that I connected to my MacBook, but the @ symbol does not appear when I try to enter an email address.
Can anyone tell me how to configure it to have a correct email address?
Thank you for your attention.
Best regards.

    Hello,

Do you have the documentation that should normally come with it? If not, you can go to this page: https://www.ngs.eu/fr/Manuels-Drivers/ and download it, as well as the driver, if available, which will allow you to configure this keyboard.

    Best regards

Hey there, thanks for the quick response. I connected the keyboard without any issues, but it's the @ symbol that I can't seem to get to appear when I want to send an email with it... I read what you sent me, by the way, I'm typing with the NGS keyboard and I find it very good except for that.
      Thanks...

I don't know these keyboards, but there should definitely be an @ key.
You need to use key combinations to see it, like pressing the option (alt) key or the small shift key while using the keyboard viewer (Apple menu/System Preferences/Keyboard/Keyboard and check the box to show it in the menu bar).
PS: In your last message, you actually found it since I can see it. :-))

Yes, the key is present on the keyboard with
at 0 ø but here's what it gives me for @

ø when pressing alt and the key where @ is located

I'm using my Macbook keyboard for this, otherwise this is what appears ø

And by pressing the shift key, as mentioned above and, possibly, with the ctrl key?
Normally, it should be fine with the shift key.

      What is the keyboard reference?

Sorry yes I pressed like you told me but it makes the little sign ø instead of the normal sign for May @l.. By the way, I just noticed that the € sign doesn't get input either, my son told me maybe it’s not compatible with a Macbook, he had a Toshiba computer... Too bad I'm struggling because this keyboard is nice....
