Sharp XE-207W Register

Hello, I just installed the cash register in my store on Tuesday after a technician programmed it for me at home for 120 euros excluding tax. This morning, at the 10th customer, the cash register stopped working due to full memory and full electronic journal. I was in REG mode; I don't even know what that means. I tried everything out of despair, and now I’m in null mode and I can't press any buttons, not even the programming one. I’m a baker, and my busiest days are Saturday and Sunday. Hello anxiety.

Configuration: iPad / Safari 11.0

Hi,

In your car, how much memory does the SD card have?

The memory card is 8GB; it was the one that came in the box at purchase.

To solve the problem, you need to record the day's data on the SD card every evening. For this, press Programming, then mode x1/z1, total, raz, total, general, total. A ticket for the day will be printed, and you need to wait for "accessing sd card" to appear; this is when the recording takes place. Once it’s finished, "general" will appear. You need to cancel several times to see the total amount in the cash register ready to be used for a customer. It seems complicated, but after a while, you do it automatically. I hope this resolves your issue.
