Good evening everyone,
I updated Windows on my Asus PC yesterday. Tonight I turn it on and a black screen appears with the message:
"Invalid signature detected. Check secure boot Policy in setup."
I go to the BIOS and navigate to the "Security" tab, then to "secure boot menu" and finally "secure boot control" to set it to "disabled."
Thinking that everything would finally work smoothly, I restart the computer.
And I encounter the infamous blue screen with error code 0xc0000428.
EXCEPT that: when it asks me to press F1 to access the recovery environment or the escape key to access UEFI, it simply crashes my computer. It restarts and I end up back on that same blue page.
I have no initialization CD provided with my computer or any restore point.
Can someone help me in a very easy way and especially step by step as I don't know anything about computers.
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
Press F1 to open the recovery options and try
- to downgrade
- or system restore
- or even uninstall the update using the command prompt: https://www.malekal.com/desinstaller-mise-a-jour-windows-invite-de-commandes/
- or what is in the video: https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-redemarrage-boucle-infini/
And if nothing works, reinstall Windows 10:
Reinstall Windows 10 without formatting:
Follow this tutorial that explains how to install Windows 10: how to install Windows 10.
All the steps are provided from A to Z with tips at the end to secure Windows 10.
The steps are essentially:
If the USB does not work, try making another one with Rufus: how to download Rufus - see this tutorial for details: how to create a Windows installation USB key
Definitely do not format.
Your user data will be copied to the Windows.old folder.
Once Windows is installed, I recommend following these tips to properly configure and use Windows: Tips after reinstalling Windows.

Thank you for your message, but when I press the F1 key, it does not bring up the settings for system restore, I cannot access anything except the BIOS. The computer crashes if I try F1 or Escape, and it reboots to the same message. Is there another method I can use to at least access the restore interface?
