Hello,

Windows Update is offering me an important update for the Windows Live Connection Assistant; unfortunately, it fails to install. I get an error code BC2. Do you know what that could mean and how to successfully install it? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    I have the same problem: the update for "Windows Live Connection Assistant kb967912" never works, is it serious or can I leave the issues as they are? If not, what should I do? (try to explain simply as if you were talking to an idiot who knows nothing - please help me, because in front of a computer that's what I am.

    Go to Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features, uninstall everything related to Windows Live, such as Windows Live Essentials, Windows Live Sign-in Assistant, etc., then go back to Windows Update and perform the updates.
