Hello, I have a problem with my laptop: I reinstalled Windows 10, and since then, I have no Wi-Fi, no sound, and the battery gauge has disappeared.

    It's normal on the Thomson, that's how it is

    I've encountered this several times with these Thomson machines; installing drivers from any site hasn't changed anything or, at best, you can't get sound

    The only solution I've found is to make an original backup from another working PC onto a USB stick.

    Then delete all the partitions on the one that only partially works,
    then reset it from the USB stick

    Everything should work after that

      Thank you, I will try but I have another computer for the backup that is not running Windows 10 but Windows 7
      What should I do next?
