Restarting ... quite slow.

Hello everyone.

I'm reaching out to you because I'm worried about my little PC (an Asus).

It has been on all day - and encountered some small bugs (internet not loading pages, in particular). So I restarted it. After that, I was faced with "Preparing Windows, do not turn off the computer" for about 20/30 minutes, and now it's stuck on "Restarting" for roughly the same time.

I'm not sure if I should let it do its thing, be concerned, or why it's so slow.

    Hello,

    I advise you to let it run; if it's in the same situation (that is, "Restarting...") for one or two hours, you will probably need to force it to shut down.

      Everything's fine!

      I had a forced stop, "Preparing Windows etc" when it started - then I was able to access my desktop without any problems.
