Hello,

I would like to know how to change the names of invoices and quotes attached by email in .pdf format.
Whether it's a simple export or an email sent, the file is named "Invoice" or "Quote".
Can this parameter be modified so that they are automatically generated with their reference, for example "FA16371"?

    There is indeed a way that is not particularly simple. In fact, this option is not native in EBP. You need to segment the file:

    After launching the advanced print template editor (Tools menu), you need to open the template for which you want to perform sends/exports in multiple files.

    On this template, you must choose the field on which you want to perform the segmentation (for example, email address, document number...). The selected field for segmentation must be well thought out because it determines the segmentation: the name of the exported file will be the value of the field in case of export, or the email of the recipient in case of sending by email.

    Once the field is selected, you need to open the field properties, then the Miscellaneous section, and set Print Segmentation to Yes.

    The segmentation of a field is represented by an S in a small red square.

    During export, select the "Segment the file" option, and specify the path of the folder where the file(s) will be saved.
