Hello,
I have a phone with unlimited SMS and MMS from Orange, and I have an extra 2 GB each month. I'd like to know what that is for. I thought it was to have internet outside my home, but unfortunately, no. As soon as I go fishing or elsewhere, I can only receive or make calls. I can send SMS, but I haven't tried MMS yet. Every month, it seems I'm paying extra for nothing, or at least that's how it feels.
I have a Samsung Galaxy J3-6. Thank you for clarifying this for me, have a good day.

hello
it's indeed 2GB of internet access.
have you activated the mobile data on your phone?
are you in a covered reception area?-
Thank you, astuces72, for responding so quickly. I'm a bit old (76 years) and I'm not very used to this kind of mobile. You asked me if I had activated the mobile data on my phone; I don't know, normally when I requested 2 GB more at the Orange store, they must have activated it. Where I live, I have good reception, but when I move away from home, even in my village, I no longer have internet.

look here to see if mobile data is enabled:

do what the circle indicates but with the mouse.
is your village covered by data?
on this map, you have an estimate of the covered areas:
