Hello, good evening.
Having recently purchased and downloaded the game Overwatch, during its first launch, and all the others that followed despite several attempts, as soon as I click on "play," the game starts and a black window appears, closing a few seconds later, with no error message or sound, nothing.
My config:
Intel Core I7 3GHz
16GB RAM
GTX 1060 6GB

Hello,
I recommend you first verify the integrity of the game.
Through Battle.net:
On the Overwatch tab,
Options,
Scan and Repair
The operation may take about fifteen minutes, more or less.
Also disable some programs that might cause trouble, among the most well-known:
- Antivirus that may interfere
- NVIDIA GeForce Experience (Disable in-game overlay)
And check background and startup programs.
CTRL+ALT+DEL,
Task Manager,
Processes and Startup tabs. -

I have the same problem, that is: I click on Play, a window opens and closes immediately.
The problem is that I am Lvl 157...
