Remove Samsung startup and shutdown

Hello,

I was given a SAMSUNG television, but when I turn it on and off, it makes a loud and very unpleasant sound, especially at night!
I looked up posts from 2012 where I found the manipulation
menu plug and play general melody and off
after doing that it turns off without sound!
however, when I turn it back on, there is still sound!
Thank you if someone could help me with some manipulations to remove it.

    Good evening,
    Maybe a bug, try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
    Then the procedure to delete the song
