Hello, I would like to change the case of my tower purchased from Rue du Commerce (Medion Erazer X5363E). For this, I need the motherboard manual (to connect the buttons and front ports of the case).
According to Driver Cloud detection, my motherboard is a Medion MS 7848.
On the Medion website, I can only find the user manual for the tower (which doesn't help me with connecting the USB ports and other front connections of the case).

Hello,
This motherboard is a proprietary model, custom made for computers manufactured by Medion Computers, so it is very unlikely that a manual has been published for it. Manuals are generally published only for retail motherboards, no wonder you can’t find one.
That said, you probably have a CD that was provided with it... There are often instructional PDF documents on these CDs. Check to see if there’s something like "User Guide" or "User Manual."
Otherwise, it’s not very difficult to see what the pinout of the motherboard connectors corresponds to... it is printed in abbreviation on the motherboard circuit... moreover, you can jot down (paper and pencil) the usage and destination of the wires on your original case; you just have to give them the same destination on the new case.
Also, the initials of the connections are also printed on the connector plugs of the new case..
for example: PW = power, ledHDD = hard drive LED, HP = speaker, CPU_FAN = CPU fan
