Hello,
When I copy a part of an Excel spreadsheet to paste it as an image, only a part of the selected area appears. In the image, I'm missing about 10% of the information. This happens when I paste into an email, a Word document, or another Excel spreadsheet.
Your opinions/solutions are welcome!

Hello,
How is your copying going?
It might be related to the print area. In that case, select the area you want to print and go to the "Page Layout" tab, then click on "Print Area" and "Set." You'll then be able to print and save the area correctly.
If that doesn't work, you can always take a screenshot using "Snipping Tool" in Windows or "FastStone Capture." It's the simplest option if you only need what's displayed.
Let us know if you still need help,
Have a great day!-
Hello and thank you for this quick response.
I'm on my file, I select my range (a few cells for example), I copy it, then I go to special paste, I select the picture icon (mountain) and I paste it where I am going to use it (Excel, email, Word, PowerPoint...). Each time, the image is only a partial reproduction of what I selected.
I've cleaned the print areas to avoid having page breaks, but without success. I tried taking a screenshot as a workaround, but the resolution is insufficient and honestly, in an email, it looks amateurish... In short, I'm struggling... -

After searching through the Excel settings, I can't find anything that would cause this reduced paste.
Even the copy settings don't seem relevant to your problem.
I can only advise you on two last things:
1) Try copying and pasting everything into another Excel document
2) Reset the Excel settings
If neither of these options work, I hope another user will have the answer. I'm sorry, and good luck with the rest! I'm sure you'll find the answer on this forum; I always found mine here. -
