Request for phone cable repair on the street.

Hello,
Following the work done, they broke the France Telecom connection, I've been waiting for 3 weeks tomorrow!!!!
Every time I contact them, no one is able to give me a repair date.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 64.0.3282.137

    France-Telecom has not existed for more than 4 years, it is now Orange

      Hello, yes I know that France Telecom is Orange.
      But I contacted them twice and they cannot give me a repair date (broken cable due to sanitation works in front of my house).
