Google Play Payment Solved

Question

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to you tonight because I have a problem with Free.
In order to benefit from applications or a free first month (Netflix, Play Music), and not wanting to use a credit card (and I don’t actually have one, by the way), I wanted to pay via Free Billing.

I read that you need to enable the option in the Free settings, which I checked, but the Google Play - Billing option doesn’t appear in that list.
I noticed that I am not the only one unable to find this option, and I'm asking you if you would have a solution.

Good evening  And the reverse in the Play Store, what payment options do you have... at my place, I see that SFR is in the list as credit card or Paypal.

I wanted to know if it was possible to activate this option on a secondary account?
Indeed, my option is activated on the main account but it concerns the SIM card of my home alarm, so it cannot be used via a phone.
The number I use does not have this option since it's a secondary account, and when I click on the Google Play Store link, I get an error message indicating to activate the option.

I also use a secondary account, yet at one point I was also able to use free billing on the Play Store... Then for some reason, just like you, this option disappeared from my account :/

Hello, I have the same problem as farheineit, the billing tab for Free is not showing, I have the same image and I don't understand. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this? Thank you.
