I ordered a Supreme cap on the official Supreme website. I then received a confirmation email for my order within the hour. The Supreme website states that deliveries are made within 5 days in France. I have not received any order tracking from Supreme. I am in the Paris region and I would like to know if any of you have ever ordered from Supreme and could tell me how it works.

Yes, I am in the same situation as him. I ordered on Thursday around noon and received an email saying that my order was successfully placed, but since then I haven't heard anything. It's strange, isn't it? Do they take this long?

Hello, you received it because I haven't received anything. Order placed on the 22nd, message from Supreme saying that UPS is handling the return on the 26th and nothing, I contacted UPS and they have nothing.
the same, and it's for the waist bag + TAGLESS tees + boxers
I placed the order on 8/03 scheduled for 13/3 (a timeframe I find really short for the journey anyway)
similarly, I received an email from UPS saying "it's good they will post it"
And nothing since then, personally I called UPS France and they couldn't give me any more information, apart from the fact that I feel like the package was posted from the East Coast USA by Supreme and then handled by a third party company "BEDFONTS" in the UK, that's my little investigation
anyone else?
I will keep you updated on my reception of course

Hello, a Supreme delivery takes about 16 days +/- but it depends on what you buy. I once bought a Supreme bench and it took over 20 days.

Order placed on March 8, received the dispatch email but no news from UPS, I am stuck at the status “Order processed, ready to be handled by UPS.”

Hello, I'm also having an issue with Supreme. I ordered a Nike/Supreme jacket from the drop on May 23rd, but haven't heard anything via email since then. However, I do have confirmation of my order on the website, and support replied saying they were aware of my order, but for the past two days, I haven't received any responses to my emails despite contacting both the NY and London support teams. I was charged this morning, so I'm wondering if I should call my bank to block the transfer... thank you for your response! Have a great day!

If I asked the person concerned when they ordered, it wasn't for nothing.
Then, if you haven't been charged, it's pretty normal not to have an email from UPS.
In that case, the simplest thing might be to contact the seller to find out more.
