External hard drive stuck.

Hello,

I have an external hard drive from TX think xtra with a capacity of 320 GB. Recently, its light no longer turns on when I plug it in, it emits a beep at regular intervals but does not show up in the file hierarchy.
Previously, it worked very well on both my desktop PC and my laptop, and I even saved files on it.
Thank you for your help.

      If I right-click, the initialize option is grayed out, when it's offline, it says it's not ready, and in properties, it says the device is working normally.
