Hello,
since yesterday, I keep getting a window that pops up saying "windows/system32" which opens by itself and closes right away.
Since then, I've been having some issues when starting my laptop (HP) --> the desktop has a black screen for about 1-2 minutes...
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
I also have the problem of the Windows system32 opening and closing by itself.
Here are the 3 reports:

Hello,
Start by cleaning up.
You have programs that were installed when you bought the computer or installed later that may not be useful.
They clutter Windows and can slow it down.
You can uninstall them.
Go to the Control Panel
then Programs and Features.
Uninstall:
CCleaner
Java
Norton Security (unless you purchased it)
PS: CCleaner isn't really useful, even though it's recommended everywhere.
If you want to keep it, disable CCleaner's monitoring, which is unnecessary, as it starts up with Windows and slows it down with its constant cleanings, see: https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-ccleaner-demarrage-windows/

Hi,
For the black screens, see: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-34882902-ecran-noir-au-demarrage-apres-mot-de-passe#1
For the rest:
Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).
Download and run the FRST scan,
Wait for the scan to finish, a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.
Three FRST reports will be generated:- FRST.txt
- Shortcut.txt
- Additional.txt
Send these 3 reports to the website https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to share them.
In return, provide the 3 pjjoint links leading to the reports here in a new response so that we can consult them.

Re,
I must have expressed myself poorly,
I don't have the black screen issue but only the "system32" window that "pops" up suddenly and disappears in less than 1 second..
This is the first time it's happening to me, and yet I haven't found anything by cleaning the PC with Norton (Paid)-
It's not related to malware according to the reports; it's probably an application that's doing this...
You can try disabling them one by one to find the culprit, see: https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows10-mode-minimal/

Hi,
I didn't find my problem.
So, I reinstalled Windows 10
(settings, updates and security, recovery, reset my PC)
I reinstalled everything except a few things and my problem is resolved.
So for those who might experience this, it could come from Norton,
more specifically from the internet extensions. (be careful to delete them properly
because I probably did it wrong at first and my problem continued)
That's it =) -
