Hello,
I am reaching out to you because I am at an impasse. My problem is as follows: every time I open Google Chrome, a file explorer window opens every 5 minutes (so I can end up with around twenty open if I do nothing).
Here's the background: I used BCUninstaller to get rid of a lot of useless pre-installed software on my PC (Xbox, Acer…) and it's since then that I've had this problem.
While searching a bit, I found that if Windows has a scheduled task and the relevant software is missing, it opens a file explorer. I think the problem stems from that. I must have deleted a program that I shouldn't have related to Google Chrome. So I am looking to find out the list of programs that Google Chrome launches in the background and see if I'm missing one or not and if I can reinstall it.
Or maybe it’s not that at all… I am calling on your expertise.
This problem is entirely my fault, I am well aware of it, but I am still asking for your help because I won’t be able to figure it out on my own.
Thank you,

- Download Adlice Diag: (Installer version)
- Run the installer and at the end launch the program
- Click on "Scan", then keep the default rules and click "Start Scan" again
- Wait for the scan to finish and click on "Results", then "Report".
- A window opens, go to the "Upload/Cloud Deletion" tab
- Assign the helper "Tigzy" (from the dropdown list) and click on "Upload"
- At the end of the upload, a Permalink will appear. Give it to me either here or in PM (your choice)

Otherwise, I see "Remote Mouse", could it be because of that?
