Hello,
for the past two days, all my calls (outgoing, incoming, or missed) no longer appear in the call log of my iPhone 6
Do you know how to reactivate it, please?

Hello gregoops,
First, make sure that you have the latest software version of your iPhone system. Then, proceed to restart it.
If the issue is still not resolved, you will need to restore your iPhone using iTunes and set it up again from a backup.
Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone right after. Then click on the icon representing your device at the top left.
In the Backups section, select This computer and check Encrypt iPhone backup, then set a password for this backup (do not lose it as this will make the data unrecoverable).
Then click on Back Up Now.
Check that the backup has indeed taken place by verifying the date and time of the last backups.
Again in the Backups section, click on Restore Backup. Select the backup you just made, click on Restore and enter the password.
Please wait until the synchronization is complete to disconnect your iPhone.
