Hello
for a few days now, when I try to connect to a site, I always get the same message
from Firefox Quantum " Hmm we can't find this site " whether it's Orange or CCM
or others, and when I click on retry after 2 or 3 times it works, I checked in the options menu
of Firefox but I found nothing, if anyone has had this problem before or could give me a tip
to solve it, it would help me Thanks

Hi,  Change the DNS in the network card settings in Windows.  Set 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS)

I think this problem is due to your version of Firefox. So we will try to update the browser. Please follow these steps:
- open Firefox
- click on the 3 bars at the top right
- click on "Options"
- scroll down to "Firefox Update"
- click on "Check for updates"
- let the update download
- click on "Restart Firefox"

I have exactly the same problem (on Chrome or Firefox), yet my PC is new and my internet connection is working perfectly.
I ran CCleaner, checked the firewalls, changed the DNS, I even reformatted my PC... nothing works. If you have a solution, I'm all ears because I'm about to throw my PC out the window!! Thank youuu

Hello,  For alwendal: What version of Windows do you have? What antivirus are you using?  For those who have Windows 7, the updates from January 2019 KB4480970 and KB4480960 cause network problems. Microsoft has officially acknowledged it. Source here If that's the case, I will suggest a solution.  For Alex Same question, your PC is likely new with W10, confirm that. Some sponsors install antivirus other than the default, namely Windows Defender. Let me know which one is installed.  Check if you are set to automatic IP Microsoft source  Or follow this tutorial Auto IP address  Windows 7 Access the control panel From the Desktop: Click on the Start button, located at the bottom left of your screen. In the menu that appears, select Control Panel. Under Network and Internet, click on View network status and tasks. A new window opens. In the left column, select Change adapter settings. Right-click on the name of the network connection you wish to configure. In the menu that appears, select Properties. Select the line Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). Click on the Properties button. Select → Obtain an IP address automatically Select → Obtain DNS server addresses automatically then OK  Do the same with Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)  Windows 10 Right-click on the network icon at the bottom right of the screen and choose Network and Sharing Center Or go to the Start menu, Settings, Network and Internet, Ethernet, Change adapter options. You can also check that the date, time, and time zone settings on your systems are correctly configured. Firefox may encounter issues validating the website's security certificate if the date/time is incorrect.
