Hello everyone,
On Firefox, my taskbar has disappeared. I'm talking about the bar at the bottom of the page that allows you to switch from one application to another.
I found answers on the forum about the toolbar at the top, but not yet about the tab bar at the bottom.
If anyone can help me...
Thank you very much!
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 57.0

Hello,
I don't know what my version is :-)))
How to find out the version of Windows installed → here
The simplest way: keyboard key Windows + R
Type → winver
Switching from one application to another when Firefox is open
The taskbar settings
-Taskbar position → Bottom
-Taskbar buttons (or with Windows 10: Combine taskbar buttons)
Select → Never
-Right-click on the taskbar → Lock the taskbar
Restart Windows Explorer
Right-click on the taskbar → Task Manager (or with keyboard keys Ctrl + Alt + Del)
Go to the Processes tab
Scroll down to → Background processes (or Windows processes)
If you see Explorer or explorer.exe → click on End task or End process at the bottom of the window
Then go to File → Run new task
Type → explorer.exe
Then → OK
You can also by right-clicking on explorer.exe then → Restart
The taskbar and Explorer are then reloaded.
If you have Windows 10, it is possible that you are in tablet mode
you just need to disable the highlighted box by hovering over the Notification icon next to the time.
See you later
