Hello,

I received a message on the PC that there was a problem with the hard drive

I checked the device with CrystalDiskInfo

It gave me this result

Knowing that I am currently having issues with the computer slowing down and freezing and that I have formatted it three times in two days
Please what is this problem and how can it be resolved

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 57.0

    Hello,
Here is the table to interpret the color codes of Crystaldiskinfo for you, it's the red code, click on the photo to enlarge it:

So I have to take it to a specialized technician, there’s no other solution?

No, your hard drive is failing; I advise you, if it’s still working, to recover the data you want to keep. As for repairing it, a hard drive is not easily repaired; generally, we recover the data it contains, and when recovery is not possible in a normal way, you have to go through a specialized company, but that can be quite expensive, see THIS PAGE and also THIS.
In comparison, changing a hard drive is less expensive, see HERE.

I think I’m going to buy a new best
What is the best brand? (HDD)

It's not a matter of brand, they are all pretty much the same; what changes is the technology onboard. Given the report from Crystaldiskinfo, I think your computer is a laptop; can you confirm that?
If that's the case, your hard drive must be a 2.5" disk, so you can either take a standard hard drive see here, or a faster hybrid disk than the standard hard drive see here. Then you have SSDs, but the prices are still very high; for example, a 500 GB SSD (which is half of the previously mentioned 1 TB disks) see here.
