Number of blocked columns Solved

Question

Hello,
I have an Excel file in which the number of rows and columns has been locked: I cannot add new columns after "IV" or rows below "65536" and there is no macro.

Do you know how to unlock it?

There is nothing to unblock: These are the limitations of files in Excel 2003

65536 values, number of rows in Excel 2003. 
16384 values. This is the number of columns in Excel 2007. 
1048576 values. This is the number of rows in Excel 2007.

Hello Passionofdream.  1) When I started writing my message, which was sent at 6:44 PM, I had not yet read your message, displayed at 6:37 PM ...  2) Your link indicates a line limit of 1,048,576 lines and 16,384 columns, which does not address the question raised by Juju, who is stuck at 65,536 lines!  --  Retirement is nice!
