Hello,
I currently have a 120GB SSD.
Due to an installation issue, I had to partition my SSD, but these partitions are not adjacent.
Now, I want to merge my system partition (C:) with the partition I created (D:).
Could you help me? Thank you

Please provide a screenshot so we can see the partitions.
