Hello,
I just acquired a Casio SES100, and I'm having trouble programming it even with the manual, and the hotline isn’t responding.
I need to input multiple prices with the names of the items in different departments (for example, department 1: shirt €4.70, pants €5.50, etc....)

You need to download the Casio software that allows you to configure the cash register directly on a computer, which is much more practical and easier. The software can be found on the Casio website => http://casio-caisses-enregistreuses.fr/assistance/
