Freebox image stuttering issue

Hello,

I have a 4K Samsung TV and when I watch channels on Free, the picture often stutters, while when I watch a Blu-ray or a movie on my external hard drive, there is no stuttering at all.
What can I do to fix this problem?

Problem with TV reception, internet image freezing as well as the sound. I am in Molineuf and the issue has been ongoing for over a week; it's frustrating.
