Unrecognized place of birth!

Hello,
I'm trying to place an order on the Topachat site using Cofidis in x4. So I enter my details, and when I input my place of birth (which is Oran in Algeria), they tell me "PLACE OF BIRTH NOT KNOWN IN THE REFERENCE DATABASE".
I've tried:
Algeria
Oran Algeria
Algeria Oran
099
99
foreign

But nothing works, so I would like to know what I should do. I am indeed a French national and I have the right to apply for credit online anyway.

    I FOUND IT, YOU JUST HAVE TO WRITE FOR EXAMPLE THE CITY OF VILLEURBANNE IN LYON

    LYON 06 (the 06 for the district of the city)
