Hello, I would like to know how to find someone just with their last name. I read other advice, but it involves having a location, a number, a date of birth, a city, etc. I only have the last name, so is there a way to locate this person? here are some useful websites for those who want to find people:
Copains d'avant - Free search notice

Facebook (international)
on these sites, there is the possibility to publish a search notice, but it is paid.
As it can sometimes be very difficult to find the person sought, it may be wise to look for people in one's surroundings; sometimes, this can work out.
On Google, one can also obtain some information, don't forget to put the person's name in quotation marks.
Otherwise, there are European directory sites (Infobel for Belgium and more broadly the Benelux), etc...
