pivot table + merged cells Solved

Question

Hello,

I need quick assistance to solve a problem with merged cells and a pivot table.

For the last 3 years, I’m summarizing the types of offers sold in general + details by client.

I created my pivot table with the desired values. However, when I sort by client, I have a (blank) field corresponding to my merged cells.

How can I ensure that the values from these merged cells are directly associated with the client and the product? And how can I avoid duplicating the amounts and totals from my source table?

Hello,  For quick assistance to resolve an issue with merged cells, it's very simple, you just need to unmerge them.  When you merge cells for a presentation, no problem. However, as soon as you want to interact with that range, sorting, copying/pasting, etc. no longer work. Hello gbinforme and Raymond,Thank you for your quick response.I understood that it is necessary to remove the merged cells to solve the problem.So I need to duplicate the data from the columns:A> Billing dateB> Invoice referenceC> Company nameD> Total excluding taxHowever, I will have the problem of the total in my table because the sum of my column D will be incorrect due to the duplication of the same data across multiple rows. The same will apply to the counts for columns A - B and C.Is there a SUM or COUNT formula for a range with the condition "if the previous or next row is different"? Just the adjacent rows, as there will be instances where I have identical info for columns C and D in various places in my table. (For example, rows 3-4-5-6 for client x with a total of €155 and at row 47 the same client with the same total).I hope I was clear!Thank you in advance.
