Modifier choix champ REF

Bonjour,
j'utilise dans un document type des champs REF avec plusieurs choix.
Quand j'ai créé mon document, il y a un certain temps, j'avais proposé pour un champ REF quatre choix.
Aujourd'hui, j'aimerais ajouter des choix à ce champ...
Comment puis-je réalisation cette adaptation ?
