    Hello,

Look in the contract conditions (chapter 12), you can only terminate by mail with "acknowledgment of receipt" and the account will be closed within 7 days.

    https://www.maximiles.com/conditions-generales

    12. Termination
    12.1. Termination by the Member

The Contract may be terminated by you according to the procedure described on the Site or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Maximiles, 3 rue d'Uzès 75002 Paris. For processing reasons, your termination will be acknowledged within a maximum period of 7 days.

    Good luck :-)

    Best regards

Ultimately, I have no choice but to delete this site, and yet according to the contract, I have that choice.
“The Contract may be terminated by You according to the procedure described on the Site OR by registered letter”
This is a deceptive solution because according to this sentence I should have the choice.
Thank you anyway for your reply.

I don't think there is any other choice than mail because I've read the procedure well, and indeed, they can do it without scruples, but you have to go through traditional mail :-(
        Another scam :-(

If the issue is resolved, please mention it by clicking at the top right of your first post on "Mark as resolved" or let me know, and I will do it for you.

        Best regards

You can cancel in a few seconds in "my account" by clicking on unsubscribe. I just did it.

Hello, I went to "my account" and I don't see anything that says "unsubscribe."
However, thank you for taking the time to respond to me.

I don't know if you found the solution, but I did.

First, you need to log in (if you haven't already), then in "my account" there is a tab "my information," you just have to hover over it and "my identifiers" will appear. By clicking on it, you will arrive on a page where you can change your password or email, but the most important thing is the note below (on the process to change your password).
I don't remember exactly what this phrase is, but it talks about unsubscribe.
You just need to click on it. (and confirm)

      There you go.

Thank you a thousand times, miss! It works, but indeed, it's not easy to find.

It's not normal at all that it's difficult to unsubscribe; according to the law, it's illegal!

I just deleted my account via the "cancel my account" option at the bottom left of the "my account/my credentials" tab.

Hello, to unsubscribe, go to "my information", click on "my identifiers" and at the bottom of the page under change password, there is the unsubscribe option, but it's written in small.

I just had a page that said: close my account. That's what I did, and when I tried to reconnect, my password is no longer known... great !!!!

Hello, I looked at this forum to get information about Maximiles. I went to my inbox, opened one of the many emails from Maximiles, went to the three little dots in the top right, and clicked "block maximiles". I hope to no longer receive emails from them in the future.
