Hello,
I have just purchased a connected bracelet, Gan River Fitness. The smartphone recognizes it but it can't be connected. The message "Connection refused by .......(the bracelet)"
Android is 5.1 and the bracelet requires 4.0 and above.
I tried connecting it with my wife's smartphone. It cannot find it.
Do you have a solution before I return the product?

    Hello

    4.0 or higher should be the version of Bluetooth on your phone.. do you know it? Just check the specifications of your phone.

      For the adidas rpt 01 headset… you have to press and hold the power button for a long time. The headset turns off, red light, then turns back on, white light, and then goes blue (pairing possible at that moment).
