If this TV has a DVB T2 Mpeg 4 tuner (HD TNT) then it has a problem.
Did you do a new channel search?
Try doing a "reset":
unplug everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait a quarter of an hour and plug everything back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "restore factory settings" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
