Same wifi connected, internet connection impossible MAC MINI

Hello,
I have the same problem for 3 days even though there have been no updates or configuration changes on my Mac Mini.
I am connected to the WIFI but there is no internet or email connection.
If I create a wifi network (tethering) with my mobile phone: I can't connect to the internet.
If I create a tethering connection with my mobile phone via cable: then the connection is possible.
If I connect to my box via cable: then the internet connection is possible.
I contacted my internet service provider who tested the box and the line: everything is fine.
By the way, I have other Mac devices connected via WIFI to the box that are working without any issues.
It seems there’s a problem between wifi reception and applications.
If you can help me, I would appreciate it.

    When you go to the network settings, is Wi-Fi in automatic configuration mode or not?
    Click on disconnect and then reconnect to see if it changes anything?
    You say it's connected to Wi-Fi, what IP address do you have? (Wi-Fi is connected to "your Wi-Fi network" and has... IP 192.168....)

      Thank you, but unfortunately it doesn't change anything.
      My Mac Mini was purchased at the end of December 2016, so it's still under warranty; I think I'm going to return it to the store.
      Sniff... I need it for work.
