Hello everyone,
I have a little problem with transferring photos.
When I connect my phone (Motorola Advance) to my PC (Windows 10) with a USB cable, a message appears on my PC informing me that 0 items were found. Yet, of course, there are lots of photos!
Since I just changed my phone and switched to Windows 10, I can't tell which device is causing the problem.
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you in advance and have a great day!

So the problem is solved, simply put, I didn't know Motorola before:
when I connect my mobile to my PC, I pull down the notification bar and there, revelation, it offers me different options (only charge via USB, import photos...)!
There you go, thanks to those who looked into my issue and good evening to all.

I eventually found out that the PC cannot receive Android files if it doesn't have a special driver for that, a driver that Windows Update couldn't find. So, I downloaded a certain MT65xx Preloader driver on the PC, which I found here: https://www.gizmoadvices.com/mt65xx-preloader-vcom-driver/. Then I reconnected the phone via USB, and miraculously, I was instantly able to browse the files stored on the phone's memory. Since I scoured the internet without seeing this tip, I hope it can help others who don't know anything like me save some time.
