Creation of a marketplace platform similar to Vinted

Hello everyone!

Here is my first post on howcamarche.

I am currently in the process of creating my e-commerce business.
I would like to set up a marketplace where members can buy/sell products (specializing in French furniture).
The platform is based on the same principle as Vinted and doesn't incorporate any technological advancements.

Having only basic programming skills and a limited budget, I quickly turned to CMS solutions that would allow me to develop the site on my own.

Could you help me? Are there templates/plugins available that provide this basic structure at a low cost?

Requirements:
- Payment on the platform
- User ratings
- Classification of items
- etc.

    most marketplaces are paid extensions or at best freemium (free but with paid options). All the basic functions are therefore normally provided but not necessarily active for free.

    WordPress, for example, has the free WooCommerce store plugin that requires the product vendors addon ($79 for a site) to turn it into a marketplace.

    With a computer, you can do things more quickly that you wouldn't have needed to do without a computer.

      Thank you for your response.

      I am currently testing this WordPress solution, but to access the extensions (WooCommerce), I need to be on a business subscription (€24.92 / month) for a duration of 1 year, which amounts to €300. Then I will add the $79.
      Do you have a solution that would allow me to test the solution beforehand so that I don’t spend money unnecessarily?

      I was also wondering if WordPress is robust enough to handle a moderately high number of users (2000 - 5000 users)? Since this structure is not natively available on WordPress unlike Magento, does it not cause slowdowns, bugs, or even crashes of the system?
